SHIPPING 

 

1. We process orders every Saturday. Please note that orders won’t be delivered to you on holidays or weekends.

2. Melanin by M3lanin is not responsible for delays during delivery and damage to the product.

3. If your product is damaged please save the packaging in which it came before filing with USPS.

4. The time it takes for your products in transit depends on which shipping type you selected.

5. It takes 48 hours for your tracking number to be active after you have received your tracking number in the email subject “Your order is on its way (order number)”. ​

 

 

RETURNS

1. Melanin by M3lanin does not take returns for safety purposes.

2. Melanin by M3lanin is not taking refunds at this time. Please be careful when ordering, some of our products do contain essential oils.
