I am trying to cancel my order, what do I do?

If you would like to cancel your order please email melaninbym3lanin@gmail.com. Unfortunately, you would not be able to cancel orders or shipments on your end. Please subject the email “Cancel: Order Number” and we will respond to you quickly!

 

Where do I find my tracking number?

After we finish packaging your order, you should receive an email subject “Your order is on its way (ORDER NUMBER).” 

 

When will I receive my order?

We package orders every Saturday. After you receive your tracking number, you will receive your order between 3-9 business days depending on which shipping you selected at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Do you accept returns?

No, unfortunately, because of safety reasons Melanin by M3lanin will not be accepting any returns.

 

A part of my package is missing. What do I do? 

If a part of your package is missing please email melaninbym3lanin@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your products. Please subject the email “ MI: Order Number” and we will respond to you quickly!

 

My product is damaged. Can I receive a refund?

Melanin by M3lanin does not send out damaged goods, therefore, you would have to file a claim with USPS.
